- 200km limit per day of hire 50c charge per km after the total limit for the hire - Must return with a full tank of fuel as provided on pickup $10.00 admin fee + price of fuel - If not clean within reason of pickup conditions $99.00 - Any damage caused during hire will be assessed and quoted $20.00 Admin fee will be applied If any issues can't be resolved without involving camplify.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

From the very beginning, his communication was excellent he was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. One thing that really stood out was the airport pickup and drop-off service. Troy kindly picked us up from the airport when we arrived and dropped us off again at the end of our trip, which made everything so convenient. The van itself was in excellent condition, clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect setup for our camping adventure and made our trip comfortable and enjoyable. Amanda 5.0We hired this van for a weekend away. Trent was very responsive to communication. Handover was easy (shout out to Trents wife due to late change of plans). Van was great to drive and clean. The camper is fitted with fans and the bed made for a comfortable nights sleep. We didnt need to use the kitchen but it was packed with the extra essentials if we did. We would recommend this van and would be happy to hire from Trent again in future.
