MINIMUM DAY HIRE: • OFF PEAK: minimum 3 days hire • PEAK: minimum 7 days hire (school holidays, long weekends, and events) • CHRISTMAS/NEW YEARS 2023/2024: only available for dates either 24-30 Dec, or 24-31 Dec! Book now to secure your Christmas holiday! • JUNE / JULY PEAK: minimum 10 days hire PICK UP/ DROP BACK TIMES • Monday – Friday pick ups: 6-8am, after 4pm • Monday – Friday deliveries - by agreement only • Friday 4pm - Sunday deliveries – any time **** HANDOVER & DROP BACK TIME: Available by appointment only, time slots are subject to availability. DELIVERY • Delivery is charged $3.00/km from Petrie, QLD to location whilst towing • Minimum delivery charge of $150.00 • Please contact for a quote, subject to availability. • Standard delivery includes up to 1hr handover and 15-minute pack down at pick up. Anytime spent waiting/ finding/ waiting for campsite will incur hourly surcharges of $75.00 per hr • Delivery fee does not include ferry, vehicle permit or cleaning If you require specific pick up or drop off times, please indicate this in your booking request. DEPOSIT: • Deposits are due within 48 hrs of booking request for off peak bookings. • Deposits are due immediately for PEAK PERIOD booking request *** if you are not ready to pay deposit within this period please refrain from booking until you are ready.*** CLEANING: • Hirer must return the vehicle clean (inside and out). • Additional charges if vehicle returned abnormally dirty, and pets have been detected. Minimum charge penalty $500.00 • Toilet waste disposal/ cleaning charges apply, if not completed prior to returning the caravan. Minimum charge penalty of $150.00 • BBQ/ Air fryer must return clean. Minimum charge penalty $99.00 PETS • Small Pets Considered but must be approved upon booking request • The vehicle MUST BE RETURNED with no trace of pet due to allergies. Minimum charge penalty $500.00 • Additional pet fee must be purchased OTHER • Hire must be 21 years and over, sorry no L, p1 or p2 drivers allowed • SMOKING & VAPING IS NOT PERMITTED • Should you abandon the vehicle for any reason during the hire contract, ALL associated retrieval and cleaning costs will be charged to you • It is your responsibility to ensure when towing the Towing vehicle complies with maximum manufacture towing weights, please see van weights in the info section or contact us for clarification. • Please review Camplify hiring terms and conditions prior to booking TRIPS – ON ROAD & OFF-ROAD • Off-road Bookings must be disclosed • FULL itinerary MUST be provided prior to handover for BOTH on road and off road. • NO travel on Plenty Highway or Gibb River Road is permitted • Off-road Pre- hire check list must be completed • Underbody wash and full van external clean must take place with evidence provided. Minimum charge Penalty from $500.00 (3hrs included, $99.00 thereafter) • Any underbody/ rims/ tyre damage is at Hirer expense and excluded from insurance cover *** Strongly recommend a day either side allocated if full off-road/ off grid to familiarise yourself with the van set up/ functionality and cleaning*** AWNING RESPONSIBILITY: • Awnings MUST be taken in at night • Awnings are STRONGLY recommended to be used like a hat, if under awning enjoy it if weather permits. Otherwise PACK IT AWAY • Although some vans are supplied with anti flap kits, manufacturers advise is to still pack away awnings in windy/ storm conditions *** MOST AWNING CLAIMS ARE PREVENTABLE, please enjoy and use them responsibly. Any damages occur is full loss of excess *** Our vans are supplied with full clean water tanks, any evidence of dumping water wastefully will be charged a refill fee. In most cases the vans weight distribution is designed around the full water tanks for a safer and more comfortable towing experience. Minimum penalty charge $150.00. Note - van can be provided without water upon request if not required.
