Hiring rules

• Hi, here are our expectations for the use of our van.
• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
• Strictly no smoking/vapes/recreational drug use inside or immediately near the caravan.
• Strictly no pets inside the caravan.
• No cooking foods inside the van with strong and lasting odours (such as fatty foods, seafood, fried meat and curry for example) that will leave a lingering smell in the van after use. Please use the outside BBQ.
• Please remove all rubbish and return the van in the same clean condition. If the van is not adequately cleaned additional cleaning charges will apply. We have included cleaning items for your convenience, or you can select clean the van for me in extra's.
• Hirer must empty and wash the toilet cassette before returning or select clean the toilet for me in extra's. If the cassette is over filled it will leak into the area below, and an extra cleaning charge of $300.00 will apply if this happens.
• TOWING
• Hirers must have previous towing experience and a suitable preapproved tow vehicle. Alternatively, we can deliver it to your chosen location.
• Electric Brake controller, towing mirrors, and reverse camera to be supplied by hirer
• No Offroad / No Beach Driving / No extended gravel roads
• Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• While undertow please ensure all items inside the caravan are secure.
• GENERAL
• No loose items to be placed on the floor of the caravan, everything must be in a cupboard.
• Bed protectors must remain on the mattresses, if supplying your own linen please ensure linen is made on the mattress before use.
• No mud/dirt/sand to be brought into the caravan. Please utilise the outdoor shower to rinse mud/dirt/sand of persons.
• All supplied linen to be accounted for (please leave inside the caravan)
• DAMAGE
• If damage happens, you must report it immediately including what happened and where. Even if it is minor this helps us get everything fixed or replaced for the next hire.

  Christos was a really honest, genuine and patient owner, we were a little undecided on the trip, and Christos allowed us the time to make the decision without any pressure. Christos did a full set up for us at our destination and gave me a call afterwards, he also answer any questions we had during our stay via text. We would highly recommend Christos and his van to everyone.
