We’d love it if you could respect our rules of no smoking, emptying the toilet cassette and leaving the van in a clean & tidy state.

Hiring rules

  • Please no smoking inside the van.
  • Please empty toilet cassettes if this is not completed a fee will be charged.
  • Please clean the van after use sweeping the floor, ensuring dishes are done.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
