Hiring rules

  • Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the caravan. Hirers must have had at least some experience with towing and have a suitable vehicle capable of towing a van this size.
  • Hirer must empty toilet waste or select 'Clean the van for me'. All food to be removed from fridge & pantry. Van to be cleaned and left in prehired condition. Any damage caused by hirer will be charged accordingly.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
