Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Tara 5.0Perfect caravan for a short weekend family getaway. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make travelling with kids easy and stress-free. Communication was great and the pick-up and drop-off process was quick and simple. We had a wonderful time and would happily hire again for our next family trip.

Lachlan 4.8We hired the van at for 3 Days for a country Wedding. The owners of the van were great and setup the van quickly at short notice. The van was comfortable and it was nice and cool where we were camping. Family friendly and The hot shower was a bonus and had great pressure. Althou next time Id definitely have a genset for the extra comfort.
