Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kieran 4.5The van is great and as advertised, Melanie was easy to deal with and great at communicating with me. We didnt get a face to face handover but that was purely due to my request of having the van delivered prior to our arrival so it would be easier to manoeuvre prior to alot of other vans arriving. There were a couple of things we didnt know how to operate etc but we figured it out, Im sure if I asked it would not have been a problem to get the assistance. A power cable was damaged and unusable to supply power however we privately repaired this lead and advised the owner who is more than happy to reimburse us for the cost. We wont be seeking that as we forgot to empty the toilet prior to our departure, it was used once unknowingly by a family member, however I accept this is my fault for not checking. I would highly recommend this van to anyone who is contemplating it. Melanie was great, and the van is most certainly fit for use.
