Hiring rules
- **Camplify requires a deposit of 25% of the booking’s total cost, all deposits are due within 48 hrs of your booking dates being approved by us, to secure your booking.
- If you are booking within 14 days of the dates you have selected, full payment will be required.**
- Minimum Age of Driver 25
- All drivers must be included in hire contract
- Motorhome to be returned clean or excess cleaning fee will be charged.
- No Smoking
- No Sand
- No Pets
- Hirer must empty toilet before returning or cassette empty fee of $120.00 applies
- No off road driving or rail access roads.
- Full tank of diesel on return or this will be back charged to you.
- Van in clean condition inside including drawers
- A cleaning fee of $120.00 will be applied only if excessive cleaning is required.
- Public Liability is only applicable when vehicle is moving, not when parked.
- We allow 200kms a day on hire, after that .70c a kilometre is charged.
- Please be aware that night time and dusk driving on country roads is prohibited to prevent collisions with wildlife.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Matthias 4.8Me and my Family had an awesome time with Redlines Camper. The Camper had because of its age already almost 300k but was perfectly maintained! We were driving 6500 km with thecamper and it really felt Like Home and it was Hard the bring him back. The Communication with Mike was Perfect and he was super friendly. Magali 3.8Watch out thief!!! Don't rent here! A small rear compartment door broken and they send you an invoice (made by the same company!!) which, strangely enough, corresponds to the amount of the deductible... $3,150 per door!
Ricardo 1.5I recently had a disappointing experience with Redline Hire. Despite being assured that the motorhome was in excellent condition and super clean upon check-out, I was slapped with a surprise $99 cleaning fee upon return. Despite my efforts to reason with Michael, the owner, he abruptly ended the call without offering any resolution. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable, and I would caution others against using their services. As someone accustomed to receiving excellent reviews on platforms like Airbnb, my recent experience with Redline Hire was extremely disappointing. Despite my meticulous care of the motorhome and prior positive experiences with rental companies, encountering hidden fees and poor customer service was unexpected and frustrating. This tarnished my overall impression of Redline Hire and left me hesitant to recommend their services to others.
