We love hiring out our great van. We hope everyone treats it like their own. If you have not chosen the options for the van and or toilet to be cleaned, the van is expected to come back clean inside and out. To come back in the same condition as when you picked it up. 🆘 EMERGENCIES & INCIDENTS 



🚗 Accident? Get off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify at 1300 416 133 – they will arrange NRMA assistance.



 ⚠️ Damage? Report it immediately with full details of the incident.



 🚭 NO SMOKING OR VAPING



 🚫 Strictly NO smoking or vaping inside the caravan. A $300.00 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is not followed.



 🚽 TOILET HIRE



 ✔️ The toilet must be emptied and cleaned before returning the van.



 ❌ Failure to do so will result in a $199.00 cleaning fee. 



🛣️ UNSEALED ROADS & OFF-ROAD USE



 The caravan is fully insured for off-road use in destinations like Fraser (Eastern Side Zones 1-7 ONLY, No Waddy Point), Moreton & Noosa Northshore.



 ❌ Insurance does NOT cover underbody damage. Any underbody damage must be paid for by the renter



 ❌We do not allow the caravan to go to the Cape, Gibb River Road, Pebbly Beach & NT Arnhem Land



 📌 Any unsealed road travel must be pre-approved via Camplify Messages before your trip.



 🚚 DELIVERY OPTION 



🚛 We offer delivery & pick-up at $2.00 per km (round trip).



 💰 Example Calculation:



 Upper Coomera → Destination (100km)



 📍 100km x $2.00 = $200.00 📍 $200.00 x 2 (return trip) = $400.00



 📌 Set-up & pack-down is an additional $100.00.



 🚙 HIGH KM TRAVEL



 📌 If you plan to travel more than 250km per day on average, extra charges may apply.



 📩 Contact us before booking if you’re planning a long-distance trip. Annex hire is for walls to attach to awning $50.00 per hire AWNING: The awning must be packed away in heavy wind and rain. Failure to do this, could damage the awning and result in having to pay for a replacement (Awnings cost $200.000) 



🧹 CLEANING EXPECTATIONS



 ✔️ The caravan must be returned clean: 



✔️The van must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition in which it was handed over to you.



 ✔️All dishes washed, food spills wiped, rubbish removed, and floors swept.



✔️We have included cleaning items for your convenience - these include:



Dishwashing liquid, Multipurpose surface spray, Antibac wipes, Broom, Cloths, Dish sponge, Tea Towels, dustpan & brush



 ✔️Want us to clean it for you?



If heading to the beach or outback QLD (even on bitumen roads), please select the "Outback Trip Clean $250.00" when booking.



This is mandatory for outback and beach trips. ‼️Please note this clean is to remove sand and red dirt from the underbody, outside & all the nooks and crannies of the of the caravan. We ask you still follow our basic cleaning checklist before returning the van. This includes wiping down the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and sweeping or vacuuming the caravan. If you wish not to do this, you can select the clean my caravan fee as well as the outback clean ‼️



 ✔️For non-sand or red dust destinations, select "Clean My Van for Me $150.00". 



✔️Toilet emptied and cleaned. If the toilet is returned unemptied, you will be charged $199.00 fee



The clean my toilet fee is over and above the clean my van fee
