Stay in comfort on the campground with this fantastic, modern family van. Suitable for POWERED caravan sites ONLY. 2 Bedding configuration- 1x Queen bed (East/West), 3 x bunks. Ensuite with separate shower and toilet. Basic kitchen facilities. Lounge and dining table. Note- Van is approx. 8m including the drawbar. The 15amp power lead measures 20m in length, the sullage hose is 10m and there are 2x 10m fresh water hoses that can be connected to make a 20m length therefore giving the van a distance of 20m from the direct power/water source.

NEW TV with inbuilt DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Radio with in-built, indoor/outdoor speakers. Air conditioning. Pod Coffee machine (Nespresso compatible), Microwave, Air fryer, Fridge/ freezer, Toaster, Jug, Sandwich press, Cooking utensils. Plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. 3 burner outdoor cooker with BBQ plate. Includes a small table and 1kg Gas bottle. Towels/Clothes airer included (NO towels/clothes are to be hung from the awning!) Tea towels and light-weather bed linen provided. BYO Pillows. Attached Rollout Awning with added lighting. 2x Privacy screens as an "optional add-on". *Note- Privacy Screens (listed as an "annex" in optional extras), Camp chairs, and outdoor table are available add-ons.

Hiring rules

  • Hootabelle is for powered caravan campsites ONLY to the approved locations within a 30km radius. Please ensure the site is the appropriate size for the van before booking!
  • The Bunk beds have a STRICT 70kg weight limit.
  • Hootabelle has a strict NO SMOKING inside the van policy!!
  • The Awning is to be packed AWAY if it looks like a storm may arise.
  • The toilet is to be emptied and rinsed BEFORE pickup or a cleaning fee of $50.00 will apply.
  • Any damage must be reported IMMEDIATELY.
  • NO cooking inside the van. Please use the BBQ provided.
  • The kitchen and cooking facilities are to be clean and tidy, and all plates cutlery, and utensils are to be washed and packed away BEFORE pickup or a cleaning fee of $50.00 will apply.
  • Dirty linen and towels are to be left inside the shower recess BEFORE pickup.
  • Camp chairs and tables are to be folded and ready for packing BEFORE pickup.
  • Please be considerate and respectful of our property!
  • *Delivery Fee applies includes initial drop off with set up and pack down on pickup (this is separate from the $2.00/Km charge).
  • Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a fantastic week away in this van. Communication with Jessica was fantastic and she was always happy to help. There was plenty of space and storage for all of our things. Will definitely hire again in the future.
