Hiring rules

- Any fines due to illegal camping or traffic fines will be the HIRER's responsibility
- An undercarriage inspection ($300.00) might happen for the following reasons::
- #Offroad driving
- #Driving on unsealed gravel roads. We allow around 7km (with road in good condition) to an overnight campsite, for longer roads please ask approval prior booking.
- #Driving on corrugated unsealed gravel roads. (theses road conditions can cause mayor damage to campervans)
- #Maksimum speed of 60kmh on gravel roads
- No go areas:
- dune driving
- river crossings
- corrugated unsealed roads
- soft sand roads
- Gibbs river road
- Ningaloo coastal reserve
- Off road driving
- No gravel road driving from Shark bay road towards Dirk Hartog island.
- The station access road to Quobba station and Red Bluff(WA)
- Coral bay to Yardie creek river crossing.
- Any red dust roads $350.00 cleaning fee.
- Preapproval needs to be obtained on Camplify Messages for UNSEALED roads prior to the trips.
- The Hirer is to familiarise themselves and comply with the terms and conditions or any exclusion of insurance coverage.
- This vehicle is not going past Cape la Grand National park, on the Merivale Rd, its around 35 km gravel road to Wharton beach / Orleans bay direction.
- Long Trips:
- Your hire includes an average travel allowance of 200 km per day, with no daily cap. Total kilometres are reviewed at the end of the trip, and any excess is charged at $0.50 per km according to Camplify’s checklist.
- CLEANING Return vehicle inside out the same way as you received it, $200.00 cleaning fee for Exmouth (only a self cleaning station in town)Perth cleaning fee is $150.00 if we clean for you.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Marney 5.0This van was absolutely perfect for our family - 2 adults and 2 kids aged 11 and 9. It had everything we needed. The car itself is easy to drive. The beds were comfortable, I loved the pop up bed on the roof. Johan had thought of everything. Would definitely rent a camper from Johan again.

When we met him to pick up the van, he gave us an extremely thorough breakdown of everything that was included and how everything worked. It was the perfect size for 3 guys, didn't feel squished at all and we very tidy. Johan also gave us plenty of suggestions and travel tips. He was also very fast at responding to all of our questions before and during the trip. I would highly recommend Johan and this van!
Bryan 5.0Johan has set the bar very high with his van standards. Its got everything you need: forge, microwave, hose for showers and the roof tent is unbelievably good. Top notch, defo recommended for families or 2 couples travelling. Its the rolls Royce of vans.
