Special towing information
Clip on towing mirrors can be supplied when required at no extra charge but must be fitted to the tow vehicle on pick up. The vehicle being used to collect our van must be the vehicle towing it for the duration of the hire. The caravan has a 12-pin flat plug for the van electrics as well as an Anderson plug fitted for charging the house batteries whilst towing. We do not have plug adapters, so you'll need to make sure that you have one to suit your vehicle to a 12-pin flat.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
