Camplify sets this fee and it covers you for insurance, nationwide road side assistance, 24hr customer helpline, $300.000 emergency accommodation protection, and third party management of bond and transaction fees. "WHAT'S THE SERVICE FEE, AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?" My service fee includes pre hire de-brief, gas for the van, laundry service, pre-handover internal/external clean, re-stock basic pantry, chemicals for toilet and 24hr owners assist. Hirer must be 28 years of age or older
Hiring rules
- STRICTLY No smoking
- No pets in the caravan
- No shoes inside the caravan
- No camp fires close to the van or under the awning
- Please return the caravan in the same clean conditions as it was received
- Awning must be put back in before any heavy rain or wind arises and overnight
- Report any damage no matter how minor
- Mattress protectors to be used at all times
- Clean inside the microwave after using
- Toilet and other cleaning charges may apply if not cleaned satisfactory prior to returning the caravan
- I ask that you please respect and treat it as if it was your own van

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Dom 5.0Modern van with all the features to make the perfect holiday. Van towed nicely and hassle-free. Reverse cycle air con was a bonus on those cold mornings and there was plenty of space for our small family. Corey was great, thorough in his handover and always available with any queries I had. Definitely recommend!

Nathan 5.0The van from Corey was absolutely perfect for our trip. Coreys handover explained everything about the van so I wasnt left in the dark about the setup and running of the caravan. An all round great experience, so we had booked it again.
