RACV Total Care, covers: Mechanic breakdown causing you to be stranded, this includes towing if required, accomodation if Van is kept over night for repairs and hire car replacement if required. If RACV deems the driver to be responsible for breakdown all costs will be covered in Insurance and Bond agreement. Time loss is not claimable from Share arrangement unless the problem takes out more than 2 full days from trip and considered a fault of the Van maintenance only. ph. 13 11 11 you may need my licence details as provided. Cleaning: Van will be received clean inside and out it is expected to be returned clean to at least the same standard on the inside and outside not so important within reason. If cleaning is not done to satisfaction or if hirer has opted to pay for us to clean, for convenience, the cost is standard $90.00 and if muddy and or grimy inside $140.00, an additional $150.00 is charged if evidence of smoking in the van including smell, this is a very hard smell to remove and makes vehicles unbearable for some non smokers to drive in, so you should also be aware to not leave the door open if smoking outside and if near fires. Also re fires, you must be particularly careful of sparks from fires potentially burning holes in the awning, so stay well away from them or don't put the awning out. If holes in awning it will require a full replacement through insurance. Fuel: Please be vigilant with making sure you use DIESEL. Failure to use diesel will result in minimum $1,000.00 to have fuel drained and engine tested. If Engine run on Petrol the engine maybe not repairable and need replacing or substantial rebuild. Cost of towing is covered but Engine replacement costs upto $8,000.00 and is not covered by insurance. I hope this gives you the message that this is a serious mistake that will cost you if you absentmindedly get it wrong. Hirer is 100% responsible for: Damaged Windscreen, causing significant crack or interfering with driver vision. This is because the excess of $600.00 is more than the cost of replacement and is caused by where and how the driver drves. Punctured Tyres Internal or external breakage, reasonable cost cover will be discussed on a case by case basis. Hirer should be notified asap of any damage and or functional issues regarding van use. This can be a bond issue otherwise. Simple fixes should be carried out by renter or discussed with Hirer at least, to give a chance to be resolved. Oil consumption - if oil and water not full on return there is a basic $100.00 fee $150.00 if below minimum levels due to damage that this can cause to motor. Cooking Gas consumption, when bottles need refilling during trip this must be covered by the renter. Any time loss resolving these issues is incurred by renter, any compensation is considered to be calculated in the considerably lower rental cost by industry standards paid upfront. No refund for early return of vehicle same as late cancellation rule.

  My husband, best friend and I all went to a camping festival over the weekend in aurora, and she was fantastic! The three of us slept in the one bed which had plenty of room, but we always had the option of the pull down bed at the top. Aurora kept us nice and dry over the weekend and we'll definitely take her for any future camping trips. Colin was great for communication and we had no dramas at pick up and drop off. Thanks again Colin!
