Additional information

Fuel gauge does not go below 1/4 so please ensure that 1 full tank will cover roughly 400km, please keep an eye on this. Only for camping within Victoria.

Hiring rules

  • Van to be taken within Victoria up for discussion if taken outside Victoria with owner
  • No offroad driving, Beach Driving or Extended Gravel Roads
  • No smoking inside van
  • No pets inside van
  • Hirer age restrictions 21+
  • Van must return in condition it was rented out in if any major cleaning needed an additional charge will need to be made to the hirer
  • Please specify trip details in camplify messages, then the trip is able to be accepted.
  • If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately.
  • If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 as well as myself
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • FUEL Return full of Petrol All hires include a full tank upon departure.
  • Happy to be flexible and adaptable within reason.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Amanda was super easy to communicate with, accommodated our pick up and drop off times, and made sure we had all the info we needed. She has Craig kitted out with everything you could need for a road trip, we were very comfortable on our 3 night trip down the coast. Would definitely recommend this van!

    This was our second time renting Craig this van. Amanda is great at communicating and everything you need for a few days away is already there in the van. Highly recommend.
