The camper is equipped with a 7-pin flat trailer plug, but we can supply an adapter for a 7-pin round plug if needed. Hiring rules

- 🔄 1️⃣ Return Condition
- • The camper must be returned in the same condition as it was picked up to avoid cleaning charges.
- • This includes cleaning the interior, exterior, and underneath before return.
- 🛠️ 2️⃣ Damage Reporting
- • Any damages must be reported as soon as possible during your trip and upon return.
- 🚫 3️⃣ Strict No OffRoad & No Unsealed Roads Policy
- • NO OffRoading
- • NO unsealed dirt roads
- • If unsure about road conditions, please contact us before your trip.
- 🛡️ 4️⃣ Insurance & Road Restrictions
- • All travel must be on sealed roads.
- • If you plan to drive on any unsealed roads, you must discuss this with us first, as it may void insurance coverage.
- 🧊 5️⃣ Fridge Use
- • No bait or fish in the fridge! If the fridge requires professional cleaning due to strong odors, a cleaning fee will apply.
- 🚰 6️⃣ Sink Safety
- • Do NOT pour boiling or hot water into the kitchen sink—the plastic drain hose will melt and cause damage.
- 🐶 7️⃣ Pets
- • Pets are allowed on request only – please ask us in advance.
- 🚭 8️⃣ No Smoking
- • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan.
- 🧽 9️⃣ Cleaning Requirements
- • The caravan must be returned clean inside and out. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
