Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    It was good having the van delivered and collected to our site. There were plenty of towels, linen, and kitchenwares for us to use. Van needed some maintenance which has been relayed to Mandy.

    We had an amazing holiday in mallacotta, the van was superb, the weather was good, lot's of activities, great food and lovely people around us. Thankyou so much
