Supplied in van- plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, dishwashing tools, bbq tools, aeroguard, fly spray, first aid kit. LINEN & TOWELS NOT SUPPLIED Toilet must be cleaned and emptied prior to returning caravan. No exceptions, significant charges will apply. Awning not to be used in windy conditions (i.e over 10-15km winds) and must be secured when extended via pegs, Awning to be stowed when away from the caravan. Hirer is required to have their own E-Tag and accepts and charges for travelling on toll roads. Please note, no wet clothes on beds or couches. SPECIAL REQUEST ONLY - If you require delivery of the Van, We will decide at the time of booking due to the location of site etc. We will then calculate the price and send this request through (pricing is $4.00.5 per km, pubic holiday rates may apply, delays onsite due to caravan parks etc may incur extra charges). No deliveries will be provided for local council beach sites. Please note, we require the caravan to be picked up and returned prior to these times due to following day bookings etc (this includes cleaning which must be completed prior to caravan return) - Caravan pick up time on day of hire - 2pm - Caravan return time on day of hire return - 10am Times outside these may incur additional charges, please allow time to clean the van prior to returning us. If needed, you may require to book an additional day. All damages must be reported immediately via the camplify app, with photos of damage

Hiring rules

• No smoking, Caravan is to be fully cleaned including toilet emptied (prior to returning caravan, extra charges will apply).
• Caravan not to be used for offroad use under any circumstance
• Caravan is NOT to be taken on beaches.
• Caravan towing experience required by driver
• Caravan can be delivered and picked up at $4.50 per km, set up of van will be an additional cost Please note, this is only available on special request.
• No linen provided.
• Toilet to be cleaned and emptied prior to returning caravan.
• Electric brake controller must be supplied by hirer, Bluetooth controller can be supplied at an additional cost (please advise at time of booking if this is required and we will adjust the listing price)
• Caravan return time is before 10am on the final day of hire, Caravan pick up time is after 2pm on the first day of hire (please note, we may accept early check in, late check out times however fees may apply)
• Pets may be included however the hirer is responsible for any damage incurred due to pet damage (this includes the caravan being returned with fur throughout), Pets are not to sleep on couches or beds.
• Hirer's must have previous caravan towing experience

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Banjo behaved beautifully. She tows well & had everything we needed. I even slept well which for a 6ft 3 bloke is not easy when camping. Andrew and Jen were easy going throughout, always timely with communication & gave helpful advice. Thank you!
