Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Mark 5.0MANY THANKS VERN ! What a gentleman to deal with, we hired the Jayco Van for use only to have a reno done at our house, the van was clean & tidy & bed was very comfy. Vern assisted with the lights and trailer plug on collection too which avoided a headache. We will look to hire this van again for sure & use it for a holiday this time.
