The delivery distance is calculated for drop off and pick up. For example if the drop is 100km's away then the fee will be 2 X 100km's. Delivery is dependent on availability. Set-up/Pack-down is $50.00 PICK-UP & RETURN: Van is to be collected between 10:00am - 12:00pm and to be returned between 3:30pm - 5:30pm. ** Please note: It is a legal requirement to have towing mirrors - we have mirrors available for hire. The van will not be released if you do not have towing mirrors ** SERVICE FEE: The service fee includes gas and a standard pre-handover clean. The service fee DOES NOT cover sand, salt or beach & mud. WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER? The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, $300.000 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees. The booking fee is not negotiable. INSURANCE: The camper is comprehensively insured. The minimum age to tow the camper is 25. Hiring Rules Must be 25 or over OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT HIRE We have the following items available for hire: - Weber BBQ - Outdoor Table and seats - 3 KVA Generator - 3mx3m Portable Gazebo - Bike Rack - 3 Person Kayak (2 available)

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Michael 5.0The van we hired was pretty good its a bit damaged from previous people who have hired the van. We did have some issues due to the age of the van. The only thing I could say was make sure you take your own towels as the linen package did not include towels also the van needs more appliances like a toaster and a kettle which was a little disappointing On a whole the van towed well and we had a great holiday.
