Hiring rules
- No Smoking inside caravan
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise on how to call the NRMA. Then call me
- Return the van in the same cleanliness that it was given. If excessively dirty a $100.00 cleaning fee will be applied.
- Report anything immediately either by text msg or phone call
- Strictly no off road driving
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

- Delivery fee
- $5.00 per km
Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
