Hiring rules

• Do Not Move or Tow
• No smoking in or around the caravan
• Strictly no pets
• Preselect your sleeping arrangement: 2 single bed or double bed
• Range hood and additional window ventilation to always be used when using gas stove/oven and when cooking in general.
• If you leave the site, please close windows to protect the interior (VIC with 4 seasons in a day curveball hazards!)
• Don't walk/stand on the bed/s
• Do not touch, or adjust the fuses/battery/inverter system under the fridge. Call if something has happened and we'll step you through it. Do not store anything in this cupboard!
• If there is a spill or puddle, please wipe it up to prevent permanent damage.
• 55L of water is provided in the tank, but if you require a refill, please ask for direction there's a trick!
• Don’t forget to pop a bucket under the grey water pipe as per the rules of caravan sites
• Please note: we charge an $80.00 Service Fee for set up, pack up, cleaning and replenishing items.
• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older. Locations further than 50kms may be considered upon request.
• *Please care for Mister Van Windsor as if he is your own pride and joy. Many hours have been put into renovating him, and I’d love for him to stay as fresh, functioning and loved as possible for many more guests to come. Please go gently, respect the space and the age. Clean up as you go, care and treat him like your own property.
