Hiring rules

• The campervan must be returned in the same clean condition as it was hired. This includes cleaning both the interior and exterior. The exterior should be washed (carwash), and the interior should be thoroughly cleaned, including all surfaces, floors, and any provided equipment (camping chairs, table...). Extra cleaning fees may apply if additional cleaning is needed.
• Hiring must be 21 years of age or older.
• Please return the van with full tank of DIESEL.
• There is a KM day limit of 200km. Any additional km's over this allowance will be charged at the end of the booking at $0.00.5 per km.
• Smoking and vaping inside the van not allowed.
• Toll charges will be taken at the end of the booking.
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

  My wife and I had a wonderful camping trip with friends, made even better by the comfort and convenience of hiring Relax Campervan. It came well equipped with everything we needed and provided a cosy experience, far more enjoyable than traditional camping. The bed was really comfortable, and the insulation helped keep us warm even when the temperatures dropped at night. While the exterior of the Campervan showed some wear with a few dents and rust spots, and the interior cupboards were a little tired and could have been cleaner, the Campervan still served us well. Overall, we had a positive experience with Camplify, and Mario was friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

  Loved Marios comms and attention to detail when he gave me a tour of the van. Really flexible arrangement - very accommodating. Van was well insulated which made a big difference when we camped next to some party animals at a camp ground. Slept like an absolute baby each night.
