The RV is in excellent condition throughout, clean, modern. It comes with Cooking utensils, air conditioning, roll out awning, electric step, 6 speed automatic transmission, shower & toilet en-suite, large 100L-3 way refrigerator, TV/DVD, blue tooth radio, Diesel heating for them cool nights, Driver and passenger seats swivel for plenty of seating choice. Easy to drive on your standard Manual or Automatic license and at 2.2meters wide, Ideal for a family of up to 4 persons. (This one won't disappoint as it's the ideal glamping experience) Please note that I do not accept booking any further North than Monkey Mia

Roof mount solar panel,100 litre fridge freezer, Free camping is not recommended due to possible house battery failure. (Vehicle is located in Gosnells approx 15-20 min from airport) LOCATION - Gosnells - just a 20 minute drive from the centre of Perth Due to work commitments for a Saturday or a Monday pick up it must be after 10:30am. Any suspicious activities will be reported to Police

Hiring rules

  • Van to be cleaned outside before return or $100.00 fee will apply.
  • The "Clean Van For Me" option only covers the outside cleaning. The interior must be left tidy, no rubbish, dishes clean, all equipment cleaned etc or a $100.00 fee will apply at post hire.
  • A full tank of fuel on return or a $80.00 fee for filling + Fuel applies.
  • Toilet to be emptied and cleaned or $150.00 fee applies.
  • If toilet cassette gets full from use and overflows making a mess inside the cassette compartment this must be cleaned or a charge of $500.00 for cleaning will apply.
  • Not returned to home base: towing fee as per tow truck costs or $300.00 plus $5.00 a kilometer.
  • (Hotshots) Short term high kilometer hires will not be considered or accepted.
  • Please note the weight limits (4 birth does not mean 4 adults it is 2 adults + 2 Child)
  • Tare: 4005kg
  • Payload: 485kg
  • Night driving in country areas to be kept minimal due to wildlife activity (Kangaroo)
  • Smoking not permitted in the drivers cab or the living areas of the motorhome.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    If you want a great experience and its your first time renting a motorhome, I have no doubt you should rent with Carol. Shes super kind and attentive, and her husband took the time to explain everything about the motorhome to us. The motorhome exceeded our expectations, it was in excellent condition, very easy to drive, everything was perfect. I highly recommend the service she offers. I have no doubt that if I get the chance, I would rent a motorhome with Carol again.

    This was our third time hiring from Carol & Kim, so that speaks for itself! We had an excellent trip in Matti'z (I personally prefer the layout in this one, very handy having the bed and the table to sit at (without having to put away the bed to sit at the table! ) She's great to drive, considering the size, and as always, in great condition with excellent communication from Carol - highly recommend
