You'll find pretty much everything you could need in our van for a relaxing holiday in style!! Coffee, tea or Milo in the morning? No worries, I'll cover that too. Just don't forget your own milk!😍 ✅ KITCHEN AND DINING - Gourmet indoor kitchen - Hot & Cold Water Sinks - Kitchen 275ltr Fridge/Freezer (Fridge can be run on 240V or battery). - Stove top with 3 x burner gas elements and 1 x electric element. - Water purifier on kitchen sink. - Microwave - Ample cupboard space for pantry items. - Lounge /Dining sitting area with adjustable table Easy to use kitchen: We supply: - Cutlery, utensils and BBQ tools - Bowls, plates, Pots and pans, chopping board, measuring jug , dish drainer, mixing bowls, - Cups, mugs and coldie holders - Kettle (electric and gas), Coffee Machine (Pod) and toaster - Tea towels and paper towels - Dish and hand soap - Cooking oil and salt and pepper - clothes basket, pegs iron, clothesline and heaps more - 1 large outdoor table and 4 chairs - Cleaning products & Washing equipment (Detergent, Spray/wipe, Sponges, Broome, Dust Brush, and floor mats all included) ✅COMFORT - Reverse Cycle Air Con - 240V only - Charge personal items using multiple USB ports,. - 12V TV with DVD - Internal or can be mounted outside. ✅SLEEPING - Comfy Queen Mattress with personal reading lamps, USB ports, and fan - All Beds are fitted with waterproof mattress protectors - Large storage compartment located under queen bed. - Two wardrobes located throughout the van ( 2 on either side of the queen bed with hanging).

• 💦Dates are not secured until a booking has been paid for in full.
• 💦Awning must be secured with ropes and pegs and packed away when unattended.
• 🚭No Smoking in or near the van Please report any damage no matter how minor.
• Nil campfires within 5 metres of the van and all windows are closed when using the campfire.
• 🔥IT MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS HIRED OUT IN, Otherwise a $300.00 clean fee may be charged🔥
• NO ANIMAL / PETS
• WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
• The fee is a small contribution towards our costs of each hire including things like; kitchen consumables, bathroom consumables, gas, prehandover clean, and safety check. The service fee doesn't cover things like mud, sand, or salt nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior & exterior), you can opt to pay the $199.00 'clean the van for me' option or the $280.00 option 'clean the van for me including toilet'.
• We will deliver the van up to 300km with prior approval taking into account the length of hire and personal circumstances.
• We have set delivery fees that include delivery and pick up, cost of fuel, Time, set up and pack down of the van as well as a comprehensive briefing of the caravan (particularly if this is your first time using a caravan).
• The hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
