Additional information
The main bed has 2 pillows and a, comforter but no sheets. We also supply pillows and comforters for the bunk beds, towels, tea towels and all cleaning products. The van is equipped with pots and pans, plates cups, cutlery etc.. We will include privacy screens for side and one end of awning on request.

- No smoking inside .. please do not eat or drink on beds..

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

They set up and packed down everything, all we had to do was arrive with our personal belongings and enjoy the weekend. Communication was fantastic. Dianne answered every question promptly and nothing was ever a hassle. As this was our first time camping in a caravan, she really helped make our first experience a special one. The caravan was exactly as described clean, comfortable & equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. We were definitely the envy of our campsite and truly felt like we were camping in style. We would absolutely book with Dianne again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free caravan experience!
