Hiring rules

• There will be additional fees incurred should you not follow the below requirements:
• The toilet must be emptied and cleaned upon return (chemicals will be provided for this) or a fee of $200.00 will be charged
• All damages, no matter how small will be charged at cost to bring the caravan back to its original condition
• Smoking is not permitted inside the van
• CLEANING Caravan must be returned clean and tidy, and in the condition you attained (if you have not opted for the additional cleaning fee). Excessive cleaning will incur a charge of $300.00.
• The awning must be stored away in high winds and storms to prevent any damages
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• OFFROAD & UNSEALED ROADS must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  A lovely Hybrid camper with good amenities. It tows OK as long as the front water tank is full! Umar was helpful on the phone when we needed to contact him. The camper is well decked out with all the things you beed for a comfortable holiday.
