Hiring rules
- No smoking inside caravan, additional $150.00 cleaning surcharge will be deducted from bond.
- Please, no shoes inside van.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Claire 5.0The van was a great size lots of storage and fit our family of 5. Matthew set it up for us and we stayed in a caravan which was convenient for us. We really enjoyed our time in the van and Matthew made the whole process smooth.
