Hiring rules

  • Pick up and drop off for Cosy is from Maroubra, NSW.
  • Street parking is available if you want to leave a vehicle
  • Pick up: Anytime from 7am
  • Drop off: Before 5pm
  • Hirers must be experienced, manual drivers
  • Please return Cosy with a full tank of Petrol (She’ll have a full tank upon pickup)
  • Please note that there is a shower but no toilet
  • Clean the equipment you use and take all of your rubbish with you.
  • Excessive cleaning will incur the Extra Product cleaning fee of $100.00 deducted from the bond
  • Please stick to sealed roads. No offroad driving allowed. Avoid corrugated roads.
  • Tolls are to be calculated on the return of the van and deducted from the bond
  • Long drive? We include 100km per day, after that, we charge 50cents per km for vehicle maintenance
  • EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
