Hiring rules

  • 1. The camper needs to be returned in the same condition as picked up to avoid cleaning charges please look after it! it should be cleaned inside, outside and underneath.
  • 2. All damages must be reported upon return of camper and as soon as possible.
  • 3. Taking the trailer offroad is negotiable but must be advised of trip length and location charge of $10.00 per day offroad applies (extra wear and tear etc) All unsealed roads must be approved in camplify messages. (required by insurance)
  • 4. For approval off bitumen, be familiar with the exclusion terms and conditions of insurance.
  • 5. no bait or fish in the fridge otherwise a fee for professional cleaning will apply
  • 6. don't pour boiling/hot water into the kitchen sink! the plastic of the drain hose will melt!
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
