Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Glenn 4.5It was an incredibly convenient way for us to go camping! Kieran was very communicative and patient even when we took a little longer to arrive than anticipated. He had the van set up and ready for us to move in and explained how everything worked. The only thing we were not told was how to refill the diesel tank for the internal heater - which ran out on the third night! Kieran however answered our late call and guided us over the phone on how to refill the tank. If youre hiring the van in winter, make sure to check tank level and take a few extra blankets - since its an expanda, it can sometimes get chilly in the night. Apart from this small hiccup, everything else went well and our experience with Kieran was great overall!
