Hiring rules
- Proof of National Park Pass required guests to purchase in advance of booking confirmation
- Maximum 2 cars with current National Park pass
- Follow all National Park Rules No Smoking No candles or naked flames inside or outside van or annexe
- Follow all Fire Regulations and Fire Warnings issued do not disconnect smoked detector
- Follow all Covid19 Regulations issued by Health Authorities and, or host/owner
- Follow all House Rules as outlined in House Book
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
