Hiring rules

• If used, the hirer is responsible for emptying & cleaning the toilet additional $200.00 if this is left for the owner

• We offer free delivery and set up to van parks between Caloundra to Noosa. Delivery to more destinations may be possible upon negotiation.
• We currently do not offer selftow.
• The awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• Cleaning the caravan must be returned cleaned and in the same condition as at the beginning of your hire. Excessive cleaning will incur an extra cleaning fee of $100.00.
• Return the van in the same cleaned condition as when it was received by you.
• Report ALL damage or breakages to us no matter how minor. If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
• The fee is based on the average cost to replace consumables and prepare the van to the same condition as when your hire started, including things like kitchen consumables, bathroom consumables, linen, gas, prehandover cleaning and safety check.
• If you breach these simple house rules, the fees will be recovered from your bond.
• Minimum stays apply for hires during certain periods. Rates vary as per the calendar.
• If used, the hirer is responsible for emptying & cleaning the toilet additional $200.00 if this is left for the owner

  Stefan was great, from communication pre set-up, to set up and handover to pick up. Van is excellent, great bed, shower and toilet and living areas. Fridge was a good size for our 7 night stay. Lots of little extras. Stefan delivered and set up the van and was excellent in communicating.
