Hiring rules

  • HIRER must be over 25 with a full license
  • NO driving on nongazetted roads as insurance will not cover this for you or us. Meaning, stick to the signed roads and follow the signed rules. If in doubt, just ask us.
  • EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA/RACQ. Then call me!
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. Just tell us where you’re going and we can help you understand what is ok and what is not.
  • LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the vehicle up to 350 km's a day. Excess kilometers are charged at 0.40c/km
  • FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
  • CLEANING Clean the equipment and Vehicle. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge of $150.00. Lots of self car wash places all over Australia.
  • NO SMOKING inside or around vehicle or roof top tent.
  • PETS subject to approval (we love our pets too, lets just make sure their safe and the car remains clean for everyone)
  • NO festivals (sorry party people, y’all a bit too wild)
  • AWNING must be packed away before bad weather arises or heavy/gusty winds. Oddly enough, awnings are light big sails, so they flip and snap easily if not cared for properly.
  • PICKUP / DROP OFF available 7 days, just ask us!
  • MOST IMPORTANTLY have a bloody good time!
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
