Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jenny 4.8Great van for a family of 4 with small kids. Comfortable and easy to set up and pack up. We had a great time besides our car engine catching fire on the way and making it hard to get home as complify doesnt cover car troubles over 100km from the vans home. Its also worth knowing that the van isnt fully set up with all camping equipment, so make sure you bring your own gear (chairs, table, bbq, plates, extra cutlery, sharp cutting knife, clothes line etc) - helpful to know before the trip so you can come prepared. Definitely some lessons learnt ahead of our next trip
