Cancellations

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.

  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Winnie was mechanically sound and didnt miss a beat during our trip. She didnt like the rain very much so probably best for use during fairer weather. Great little machine. Thank you.

    Was great stay away from home. Kids had a fun time. Was a shame that the previous hirers had damaged some of the components of Winnie. But overall was great.
