- Trailer, Tent, Annex and Awning to be cleaned prior to return, else $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
- Conditions and Setup instructions to be read and agreed to.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Rebecca 5.0It was super easy to set up. Very roomy inside the rooftop tent. Two teenagers slept in it and they were impressed with the room it had. Very easy pick up and drop off. Definitely recommend this product and host.
