Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Heber 4.8We had a great time as a family of 4 (couple and 2 daughters, 8 and 7 yo). Michael walked us through on how to set up everything we needed in the caravan and made sure we had all the required information. The caravan is spacious and also has pans, pots, cutlery and even a pod coffee machine (Dolce Gusto). Everything worked well, AC, heater, stove, microwave, hot shower, lights, water system, etc. You'll have all you need supplied, 2 gas bottles, water hose, power cable, etc. We already booked our next trip with one of his other caravans!
