You are our people, we already know because you’re considering taking our beloved 80-series Marty for his favorite activity: adventure. She comes with all of the best camping equipment you will need with no extra cost, including: • Dinnerware and cutlery • Two-burner gas stove with gas • Outdoor chairs x2 • Fold-out table • 30L fridge • Basic spices (salt & pepper) • Tea & coffee • Two 20L water containers • UHF radio • Side awning • Electric blanket - at request • Hammock - at request • Coffee machine - at request • Bread maker - at request • Off roading at request - normally is not a problem- just camplify charges $10 extra per day for insurance. Pick up location is approx $30 uber from the airport. The car can come set up with either sleeping arrangement below. Option 1 - Bed in rear of vehicle (3 seater), rear seats removed. Normal set up. Option 2 - Bed is tent or swag option (6 seater), rear seats in back. Note: $50 extra charge for this set up. The car comes fitted with a dual battery system and inverter. All you need is your gear and food to complete the trip! SMOKING: no smoking inside the vehicle. OFFROAD/4WD: Some 4-wheel driving is allowed with prior approval. Off-road driving is permitted strictly by the owners discretion and an off-road hire checklist must be signed by the hirer before the agreed handover. Driving on approved beaches is also allowed as long as the relevant checklist is signed by the hirer before the agreed handover EMERGENCY/ISSUES: If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they will advise the Hirer on how to contact NRMA. Then call me! LONG TRIPS: 250 km's a day is included in the booking price. You will be charged 30.c per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within Camplify pre/post hire checklist FUEL: Return full of DIESEL - All hires include a full tank upon departure. Fuel receipts must be provided as proof on vehicle drop off. CLEANING: Outside must be sprayed down before returning. If you do not have the time to clean your vehicle, a $50.00 cleaning fee may be charged. Cleaning fee for off road/4wd/beach is $60.00 (Outside must be washed/ sprayed down before returning) unless otherwise agreed. Cleaning fee for red dust off road/4wd is $100.00 (Outside must be washed/sprayed down before returning) unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Fantastic car for the road trip adventure. It has everything one needs when going remote places, the bed is extremely comfortable. The fridge, cooking equipment, kayak, esky, etc. We absolutely loved it. Jesse has been very helpful and communication has been excellent. Will come again

    We absolutely loved our weekend in Marty, the perfect camper for exploring Kangaroo Island. The car has everything you need and more, the bed is comfy and we even took the kayak for a paddle! Jesse was super helpful, we had lots of fluid plans with pick up and drop off and he was so relaxed and helpful with it all. Really put us at ease. Loads of great recommendations for Kangaroo Island as well!! Wouldnt hesitate for a second to take Marty for another spin some time.

    First things first, the van is almost perfect. Well equiped, confortable, good performance, INCREDIBLE covering... It received lot of compliments during our trip. In addition, the communication with Jesse was efficient and after gaving us everything that we needed, he remained avalaible until the end. It was our best experience so far and I know that Jesse is working on some improvement to be even better... I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THAT FOR SURE.
