Hiring rules

  • Treat the van like you own it.
  • LONG TRIPS A free allowance of 200kms per day in included, to a maximum of 1200km's per weekly booking. After 1200km's, you will be charged 38.c per kilometre at the completion of the trip from your bond.
  • UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins.
  • A deep clean is then required prior to return. A $350.00 fee shall be held should we need to engage cleaners. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
  • EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Gravel Roads
  • EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • NO Smoking inside
  • FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
  • CLEANING Properly clean the equipment and Van. Additional cleaning will incur a charge.
  • Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
