We call our family van optimus because it transforms into a palace, compared to other smaller vans. Sleeping up to 8. The ends pop out with Queen and double beds, two single bunks or one can be setup as a kids retreat for wet weather activities, the kitchen table can also sleep two children up to about the age of 8. Seperate shower/ toilet and washing machine makes this a great family van and a home away from home. You make the booking at locations such as Port Stephens, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie at Hoilday parks, camp grounds and we’ll drop it off, set it up and pack it down when your holiday is over. Delivery outside of these area (upon request) Optimus is setup for OFF-GRID (Solor/inverter/ Diesel heater). (Please notify us when placing booking of this request).

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this van. Easily slept 5 of us and still space to store luggage and sit at the table to eat meals if needed.

    Everything was perfect. Comfy beds, heaps of space, well equipped, dry!!!! Would rent this van again in a heartbeat. Dan is awesome, friendly, easy to deal with! Do it!

    We made a very last minute booking and Dan was really accommodating. The van was dropped off at our location and fully set up with everything we needed for an unpowered site. Dan was great with answering all our queries and took the time to run us through everything. The van was clean and equipped with all the kitchen appliances we needed and more. It was perfect for our family of 6 and comfortably slept all of us (kids between 6-12yrs) We were so relieved to have hired the van as we had plenty of rain but still had room to shelter inside and out for our family and a few extras. This van has converted us from tent camping, would definitely hire again.

    Danielas van was excellent, clean, and had all the required items you need to enjoy your holiday, we hardly had to bring anything. My family really enjoyed it and we will most definitely hire Danielos van again in our next holiday.
