Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Chris was really flexible with times and made an effort to make handovers easy for me (as I had changed my mind about 4 times). All the trimmings in the van made our stay like a second home. We even opened the fridge to see Chris had left us a lovely gift. Top bloke. Thanks so much.
