Hiring rules

  • EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the you how to contact NRMA.
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
  • CLEANING Return the van in clean condition or opt for us to clean it for you for an additional fee. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
  • UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a great time with our family of 5 - kids aged 7, 4 and 9 months. The van was spacious and all the storage made everything easier. Abbie and Harley were great to deal with and will definitely rebook!

    This was our first caravanning trip for our family of 6. Was an excellent first trip. The van was easy to set up and had comfy beds, AC was effective (temps up to 45 degs) and had plenty of storage. Would definitely recommend for larger families and will be booking again soon.

    The van was perfect for our needs. While it has off grid capability, we only needed on-site capability, and it delivered in this respect. We towed it behind a 3.2L Ford Ranger, which it did with ease, and it tracked well at a little below freeway speeds. Highly recommend, though be mindful that there is no internal seating.

    We had a fantastic time on our holiday, this van had everything needed for our trip and I must say the bed was so comfy, great nights sleep were had. Thanks guys
