Hiring rules

  • No smoking in or around the van.
  • We will provide towing mirrors.
  • Delivery of the van and set up are available within 100 kms of home base.
  • Must be over 25 years old and hold an open driver's license to hire or tow.
  • A set cleaning fee will be applied if cleaning has not been done. If additions such as BBQ and toilet are hired then the BBQ must be cleaned and/or the toilet cassette must be empty and clean by the end of hire period and before the van is returned.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
