Hiring rules

• 200km/day average included. Extra kms for long trips will be charged at $1.00/km at the completion of your trip and deducted from your bond
• Tolls charged at completion of your trip and deducted from your bond
• Return with a full tank of DIESEL fuel
• Drive on SEALED ROADS ONLY as you are not insured for off road. If returned with mud and excess dirt outside a cleaning fee of $100.00 applied
• Clean dishes, sink, surfaces, sweep floors and clear the fridge or a cleaning fee of $100.00 applied
• Only ecofriendly down the drain (no food scraps or grease)
• Take rubbish with you
• Remove dirty shoes inside
• NO smoking, festivals or stealth camping
• Pick up after 8am, drop off before 5pm
• If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me
• If damage happens or warning lights come on, please report it to me immediately
• Sunshine must be returned in the same condition she was picked up. This means treating her with care as if she was your own

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Wonderful time with Sunshine. Comms with Aimee were clear and helpful, she really supported me to have the best camp I could have had! Sunshine is so comfy and whimsical, feels quite spacious for one persons and drives super smoothly. I really appreciated having such a good fan and ventilation for fresh air through the night. Fridge super handy and overall a great experience!

  We had the best time in Sunshine whilst travelling up the Pacific Coast. It had everything we needed and more - super spacious, with plenty of storage and a comfy bed. Using the decking on the roof to watch the stars was a particular highlight . Aimee was fantastic, communication was 10/10. Would love to hire Sunshine again in future!

  We loved the Van! We took it from Sydney to Byron bay. As a Volkswagen is, it drives solid. The interior is super nice. It has all you need. Aimee was very helpful and we will def rent it again. Have fun on your trip. Sal from Amsterdam.

  The best adventure!! We hired out Sunshine for 9 days in October/November 2022 and it was just the best part of our 3 week trip to Australia! The van was just perfect and is exactly what everyone needs to have when exploring Australia! It has everything in which guests would need, and more! Aimee was also brilliant and was super easy to get in contact with when we had queries etc and Aimee is also really friendly and lovely and provides you with all the information and things you need and even gives you a tutorial before your trip like she did with us. Additionally, Aimee even provides some complimentary gifts within the van for you to enjoy on your travels which was very unique and thoughtful! Me and my partner really would strongly recommend travellers to use Sunshine as their base if travelling as a couple as it truly is perfect and also very comfy to sleep in and very smooth to drive!
