Hiring rules
- Beach and/or Outback use will be considered. Please include travel destinations in the booking details. All offroad or unsealed road trips must be approved in writing.
- The camper is supplied in a clean condition, as you would expect. Please return the camper in the same condition it is supplied. If cleaning is required on return of the camper it will be charged at $250.00.
- ALL damages occurred during the hire must be reported when returning the camper we need to ensure it is in top condition for the next hirer!
- No pets inside the camper (under awning is fine).
- No smoking in or near the camper.
- For approved offbitumen roads, please be familiar with the terms and conditions of the insurance coverage.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
