We recently purchased a 21,2" (8.8m from front to back) 2022 Essential Cruiser Exceed Caravan. The van provides a new a modern caravan that can sleep up to 5 people when the dining table is retracted. The van has all the comforts of home. 2x bunks. The 200L fridge (gas/ 12v/ 240v). 2x water tanks, 1x grey water tank, ensuite separate shower and toilet. outside shower, stove top by (gas/ 240v). Microwave, radio. lights, 5x sirocco fans, power points and usb points are powered (main power and 12v). TV (12v) Each bed has lights with USB charging and main power. Plenty of storage throughout the van. outside lighting The hire includes, all linen, blankets pillows, cooking utensils, pots and pans. baby q for out sided cooking, 2x 9kg gas bottles, outdoor chairs, toaster, kettle, etc

Under bed storage has a false step to be placed in entrance step for safety at night, then removed when using the stairs to exit the van.

Hiring rules

  • No pets inside the caravan.
  • Annex supplied with privacy screens with long and short side. No full annex
  • Please do not use washing machine.
  • Toilet to be cleaned and emptied by the hirer. Please do not over fill the toilet cassette. If the toilet overflows into the caravan or is not returned clean a $400,00 cleaning fee will apply at discretion of owner. (for removal make sure toilet flap is to be closed at front of toilet. The green latch on the toilet cassette releases the cassette from the side access door for cleaning. Please do not force the cassette as you may break it).
  • The caravan is not to be towed.
  • Please do not force the front door latch if the door is locked as it can snap the plastic lever.
  • If the wind is over 20km Please close and retract the awning to prevent damage.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
