Cozy, charming luxurious Bailey Caravan. Bright and very comfortable. Great for singles or couples. The space is Very light and airy. Air Conditioned. The van has its own unique charm. Entirely private with full kitchenette fridge/freezer, stove, grille microwave. Washing machine. Iron & Ironing Board, Clothes line. TV with built in DVD Player. Comfy couch for sitting. Full vanity, plenty of storage cupboards, and under bed storage. Gas Bottles supplied. Plates, cups, cutlery, drink ware supplied for 4 people.

Picnic Table & chairs, BBQ , Pillows, pillow slips sheets, doona, towels for Queen Bed & Single bed are available for hire, (These are shown at Bath and Kitchen Towells on the extra's platform) or bring your own. . Welcome pack provided on arrival. Games provided.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking. Stove & BBQ must be cleaned. Fridge must be emptied and cleaned. Toilet emptied and cleaned. Caravan swept out. Site must be arranged by you. If you are having a Saturday check in, or out, we will not be able to set up the van until around 4pm, (depending on location) We require a minimum of 2 hours for set up prior to your arrival. Day time arrivals preferred. A deliver fee will be applied once location is established. ie. Local area up to 20ks, $50.00, up to 50ks $75.00. Over 50ks 100ks $100.00 . Linen hire fee is for 2 guests using the Queen Bed. addition fees required for extra linen $25.00 or bring your own NO ANIMALS inside or outside the Van. Even if you pet is kept outside, pet hair still manages to get into the van, thus requires additions time and expense to clean and sanitize. Check in time is after 12 for a van park . Check out time is 10am. Extended delivery fee is $50.00 but that is subject to our pick up availability and the van not being booked for the next day. Pick up however, must be done during daylight hours.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van was even nicer in person! Heather was the first van owner who actually went over all the details in the van and did a face to face handover. We really enjoyed spending time in the van

    Heather and Paul have been really helpful, the caravan is very well appointed and super clean and comfy. We have hired a few times with Camplify and this is the best value and service we have had.

    Heather was a pleasure to deal with, we arranged delivery and set up and that was great. Good communication and a detailed tour during handover. Van was comfortable and had all that we required to enjoy our time away. Will be booking again in the future.
