  • Strictly NO Smoking inside Van,
  • No drinking alcohol within the Van Spills cause odour's and stain's.
  • No Wet material to be stored in Van or on wood due to only having a ECO friendly naturally oiled surfaces,
  • No Hot plates/pots/pans on wooden surfaces,
  • Do NOT take off road use. Exemption light forest tracks that are designated for 2WDs
  • DO NOT park on uneven surfaces,
  • DO NOT park on none bitumen hills due left rear wheel, wheels will spin and have no traction.
  • DO NOT reverse up hill, due to rear wheel drive and front heavy, wheels will spin and have no traction.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
