Hiring rules

  • No smoking
  • Hirer MUST return our caravan clean (inside and out), with the toilet cartridge empty and all items washed and
  • put back into place. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if the van is not adequately cleaned prior to returning.
  • Offroad Approved pending location and experience
  • Hirer must be 30 years of age or older
  • Should you abandon the caravan for any reason during the hire contract, ALL associated retrieval and cleaning costs will be charged to you
  • Towing vehicle must be fully comprehensively insured.
  • Towing vehicle must have a minimum of 3.5t towing capacity
  • Please review Camplify hiring terms and conditions prior to booking
  • Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
